Standard Chartered Bank has launched a campaign, called ‘Bank More Score More’, to reward its customers with genuine Liverpool FC brand products.

According to the bank, its clients can win prizes such as a trip to Anfield to watch the LFC game, when they open an account through its digital bank or when they subscribe to a wealth investment product.

At the launch in Lagos, Dayo Aderugbo, Head of Corporate Affairs, Branding and Marketing of Standard Chartered Nigeria, said: “’Bank More Score More’ is an exciting initiative to launch at Standard Chartered Bank.

“The goal of this campaign is to engage and reward our existing customers, while welcoming new ones to participating markets.

“As the name suggests, the campaign will reward those who make more transactions. The Liverpool Football Club is one of the world’s most popular football clubs, with over 770 million fans; we are therefore proud to offer such attractive prices to our customers.

Standard Chartered Nigeria’s Head of Personal, Personal and Business Banking, David Idoru, said: “It is imperative for us at the bank to provide our customers with the best possible banking experience through the digital banking innovation and access to one of the biggest and most successful clubs.

According to the bank, to participate in the competition, new customers must open an account through SC Mobile App.

He said existing clients could also participate by taking wealth investment products.

The bank said the product was developed after extensive internal competition for the more than 90,000 employees in its network.

“Over 90 marketing plans were submitted in 25 markets, each developed by cross-functional teams, to ensure the campaigns were full-fledged,” he said.

He said that for the final round, six teams turned up virtually, resulting in three big winners, who then developed “Bank More Score More”.

Standard Chartered noted that he has been the main sponsor of Liverpool FC since 2010, claiming this will run until the end of the 2022-2023 season, making it the second longest sponsorship deal in history. of LFC.
